After a long time abroad on the www I have decided to spend a little more time here at home again. So move over on the couch, get me a drink, stop the fights and start to rock!

Hmmm... well, many regulars still here in one form or another, at least intermittently... there has been a large influx of new members registering, although not all of them post, apparently... Douche Bag and those who sort of agree with him seem to be inadvertently chasing away far too many passionate hardcore Bruce ladies with their anti-"groupie" type rhetoric   which is quite annoying actually   because sometimes "girls just wanna have fun"...  Some of us are faithfully and stoically trying to hold up the ship...   and threads/posts in this section have been growing increasingly bizarre.   Oh, and I'm anxiously awaiting the DVD release of "Crowley" in America on March 10th and "Iron Maiden: Flight 666" in cinemas on April 21st!
How have you been keeping? Are you set up to go to any of the upcoming Maiden shows??

As if a little anti-groupie rhetoric could stop a true Bruce-Fan! 
I don't mind having Bag around, there's gotta be someone with a different opinion, would be so boring if we all always agreed on everything.
My life's been hectic and a bit sad lately, so I'm comforting myself with METAL! Two weeks ago, Edguy, yesterday, I went to see Children of Bodom and today I'm about to leave for The Rasmus.
Going to at least the Maiden show in Switzerland is always a must, come hell or high waters, but what I'd really love is to see Bruce solo again sometime soon!
It's never good for a board when people come and go quickly but I'm sure it's going to swing back into a normal shape and size again sooner or later. I've really missed Bruceton lately but always thought why come back when I can't really spend time here anyway. But I'm gonna try my best and make it a habit again, no matter how much work my boss is loading onto me and no matter how heartbroken I may feel for being dumped after nine years. This is and will always be my internet home.

Metal is indeed a great healer! \m/ Edguy and Children Of Bodom sounds cool... the latter especially, like power metal with shark's teeth!

Did I miss something?? I haven't been going to all my forums on a daily basis lately due to this horrendous cold which has improved little after nearly two weeks, but I do recall reading that there was a South American interview in which hints of an extended tour were revealed although there were some questions as to its authenticity.

Well, there seems to be a steady stream of lurkers, so it's probably just a matter of time...

Lionessheart, I wouldn't go as far as comparing Bag with Satan, I think of him as a rather pessimistic frustrated grumpy pirate. I'd be grumpy too, if I was a one-legged pirate.
Oh yes, I love it when Alexi Laiho lets his hair down.
So far I haven't seen any Maiden dates for Europe, they were here last summer (Wacken, Germany at the beginning of August and Switzerland middle of August), so I think it's gonna take a while till they show up here again. But knowing Bruce I just hope that he's bored and doesn't have enough to do during summer and might decide to do some solo shows. I'd love to see him again.
I'm sorry to hear about your cold, get well soon!!!
